Vanita’s experience in the education industry spans more than 4 years. She was associated with Welingkar Institute of Management in various roles including Business Development, Brand promotions, and Media Planning.  Vanita’s experience revealed the need for a good training-based consulting firm and opportunities in corporate training, which led to the birth of HeadStart Inc.
