MIAL, a joint venture between AAI and GVK Ltd., engaged Headstart Inc for developing and implementing training solutions for one of their departments. Highly impressed by the quality of the training solution developed and delivered by us, MIAL HR Executives engaged us for training their other departments as well.

We have so far delivered three training modules, and are in the process of developing the fourth module. Each module is delivered to different group of people, and has a different courseware and approach compared to other modules.
