Once Training Module/s of the company is/are identified, we focus on the specific needs/expectations related to each training module. These requirements are gathered through meetings with the HR team members and/or participants.
In this stage, we also understand the participant profile using personality tests and tools like 16PF, Style of Thinking etc. This helps us design our module to suit the needs of the audience.

Post-training evaluation and monitoring
Once training is delivered, we conduct an evaluation to measure its impact on the performance of participants.
These evaluations will be done through an online process and follow-ups either on phone or personal meetings with the HR and the participants. The evaluation period and test frequency will be decided in consensus with the client.
Eg: Over a period of 3 months, participants would need to appear for online test four times with a gap of 20 days.
The online tests will involve case-studies and/or objective questions. Case studies will be created for behavioral trainings like Conflict Mgmt, Leadership Skills, etc.
The test results will be sent as an email to the HR of the organization with analysis to understand how the training has helped the participants and the organization.
